Complaints the Ombudsman can investigate

The legislation governing the Ombudsman authorises him to investigate complaints about:

• ACT Government agencies
• ACT public education providers including the Australian National University (ANU), Canberra Institute of Technology (CIT) and University of Canberra (UC).
• Australian Federal Police
• Freedom of information
• Public interest disclosure
